E-Laser 586PRO is a laser high-speed edge banding machine, the highest speed can reach 30m/min. Operation process:

Pre-milling → Infrared baking lamp → → A glue coating → B glue coating for edge banding → Servo belt feeding → belt pressing (2M) → flushing → trimming 1 → trimming 2 → four-head tracking → scraping → Broken wire → flat scraping → polishing 1 → polishing 2

Spray Unit

Remove the wood silk,prevent winding to the polishing wheel to cause the motor to be jammed and burned out

Flat Scraping

Removes excess glue from the top and bottom of the panel

The buffing device adopts cotton material polishing wheel to sand the finished edge band more smoothly

A4. Normal 380V voltage is 15-30 days, other voltage is 30-45days.

A5. 12 months for the whole machine. Within 12 months under normal use and maintenance, if something is wrong with the machine, you will get spare part for free. Out of 12 months, you will get spare parts at cost price.You will also get technical support and service all the lifetime.
